We seek to hire people with a balance of unquestionable professionalism and a talent for establishing rapport with youth. We offer our tutors professional development and competitive rates.

• Center Tutors work with small groups of students at our school tutoring centers to help students complete homework in a structured and supportive environment. Center tutors should be able to assist students with a range of high school subjects. We especially need tutors who feel comfortable tutoring math and science classes.
•  One-on-One Tutors work with students to develop effective study skills as well as explain subject matter clearly and establish rapport with students. Our educators must know their subject thoroughly, and be able to teach it in an effective and engaging manner. We especially need tutors who are experts in math and science subjects.
•  Lead Tutors are experienced educators who can set high standards for behavior in a small group setting while also establishing an inviting and supportive tone. Lead tutors should have previous teaching experience, the ability to connect with students and the skills to assist high school students in a variety of subjects.
