HOW TO SIGN UP

All services begin with an initial free consultation (in person or over the phone) to discuss individual goals and to establish a customized support plan.

Once you have had a consultation and are ready to sign up, you will be asked to fill out a registration form and sign a contract.   We can send you these documents by mail or email. They are also available for download as PDF files (requires Adobe Acrobat).

Rate Information

As a non-profit organization, our goal is to make educational resources available to all families, regardless of economic status or background. In addition to our commitment to maintaining below market rates for all families, we offer partial scholarships and a limited number of full scholarships based on financial need. A completed application is required. All information will be held in strict confidence. Please inquire by phone or email for more information.
