GOODEN FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP FUND

The Gooden Family Scholarship Fund (GFSF) believes that all interested students deserve a chance to receive higher education, regardless of their economic status.  Their goal is to increase the participation of low-income, under-represented students at major colleges and universities. GFSF offers financial help and college application support to promising West Contra Costa high school students.

Aspire Education Project began providing academic and test prep tutoring for individual Gooden Family Scholarship Students in 2006. This year we launched a group SAT/ACT Prep Class to help more of their students attain their academic goals.
